Problems
-No maintenance work done even if we give complaint
-Getting bond amount back have to keep calling
-Too noisy rooms - 문슬기 Added April 25, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You should pay 300$ for bond but Usually, the manager is not at the office. It is hard to get back the bond in person when you leave. Even if you call the manager after you leave here to get back the bond, he rarely answer the phone. Many guys haven't been getting back there bonds at the moment.
